Those "ban chan" are actually not really the appetizers. Usually you eat them together with the main course. Sometimes I eat so much ban chan and didn't eat much of my main food. Mm...i'm hungry now. =) Kimchi 辣汤 is really easy to make. If you like it, you will love Kimchi fried rice and pork stir fry with kimchi....;-)
